All vehicles are sold in "as-is/where-is" condition. No warranty/guarantee - written or implied - exists with any vehicle. Vehicles must be paid for in full before they are released for transport. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. Payment in full and transportation arrangement must be made within 30 days of the Buy-Sell Agreement date. Vehicles left over 30 days may be subject to storage fees. Each Buy-Sell Agreement is subject to it's own additional, individualized Terms and Conditions.
